Richards Auto

I had a similar experience ar Richards Auto. My car went to have a new clutch. After 2 days and many phone calls, Richard told me that he could not find a clutch assembly kit. I found this very strange and asked him if he had tried the agents, "The Tata Guyz" He said that he had never heard of them, I told him where they were but he refused to go there and that I must go and get it which I did. Another day and a half and more phone calls later and I was told that I could fetch my car. As soon as I got there he (Richard) said I must go and pay which I did. My car was un-driveable and would only go into1st and 3rd gears if the car was stationary. He refused to sort it out because he said that I bought a faulty clutch kit and he refused to refund my money. I managed to get the car to another garage, had the clutch removed and replaced with another one. Tata Guyz could find nothing wrong with the original one and had it tested in another vehicle, It was fine. I sent the results via email to Richards Auto twice and asked for a refund. He never rep****.
