Poor manufacturing, installation and communication

The aluminium doors and windows were installed at the beginning of February 2015. Everything seemed okay at this stage (granted I do not live in Somerset West at present and re**** on others to feedback). <br> <br> At the beginning of May the tenant in my house notified me that the doors were sagging and that the finishing of the work around the doors was actually never completed properly. I contacted Richard Rossouw who said that he would head over to sort this out, but he never did.<br> <br> In June and July contact was made to Richard to sort this out and still to no avail. <br> <br> I arranged to view the doors and workmanship when in Somerset West in July. I then arranged to meet Richard on-site a week prior to the appointment. He cancelled on the morning he said that he would meet me(beginning of August. He asked that I send a snag list over to him, which I did on 9 August. There has still not been any response or making an effort to get on-site(27 August) on Richard's behalf.
