RICHARD NIEFT - worthless Website developer

Three years ago I employed Richard Nieft, from Cape Town,, to create a website for me. I paid him a R2000 deposit. Since, I have heard every bull**** story along the way. I still have NO website and he refuses to return my R2000. I caution anyone strongly in employing or relying on this man. He is devious, lazy, lacks care and a *****.
