I'm unable to cite every example, but the major one being that building plans did not align with engineering standards, specifically related to a newly built roof with exposed timber trusses, resulting in many additional costs when it came to actually building the structure. He also refused to accept responsibility and blamed the builder for his mistakes. Strongly advise against using Richard's architectural services.
