Unhappy Client Paid for but did you "NOT" receive any "Service"

Im absolutely appalled by the serice from this instution!!!! Here's an email I sent them: I attended a 2 hour workshop and I was sold a 3 day workshop and I was promised a call from one your agents, which took place and I was told to expect an email from you and still have not happened. I was meant to attend the 22-24 July workshop in Sandton venue was never disclosed to me. I’m not happy with the service I have received from your institution and we like to cut ties with you with immediately effect. Also I would like to get my money back since I have received an services from your institution to my satisfaction. I’m no longer interested in your services so please do not call me to reschedule but to arrangement for my refund. I am absolutely appalled by your service I have receive from your Institution.
