I received a notification that my cellphone number had been selected and I had won that amount for Rica promotion which I comp**** with all instructions though I was doubtful that it’s just a ****, I believed that it’s just after I received this message from them:-

But to my surprise after 24 hours I then received this message:- Dear Lucky Winner, Sorry to inform you that your entire funds of R350000 has been stopped and will not Reflect into your bank account without the payment of Winning Insurance Cover and Tax fee in section 5 act 206 of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) with the reason that all the lucky Winners Must Pay R 1600 fee before Receiving their winning Prize into their bank account. We guarantee you that the amount of R350000 will be credited into your account once you make this payment today within the next 30 minutes also note that no Deductions is allowed Without the payment. Please contact/What’s app Ms. Judith Allen, for the Banking Details: ***/Email: ***

And I rep**** by:- Good morning!!! Maybe this is a **** as there is nothing like that , I’m working as a police officer and there is nothing like my organisation pay I must first pay the tax and what what - they’ll tell me that my salary is this amount and out that they deducted this amount tax and this for medical etc therefore I’ll take home this amount,I believe you can do the same and deduct that amount from my winnings and there after deposit the remaining winnings if it’s true I won Thank you.

That’s why I’m writing hoping that maybe the clarity can be obtained from the so called Rica promotions company and that maybe ****s such as this can removed since lot of people felt victims of such barbaric actions
