Ridiculous management
They are honestly the worst agency to rent from. They sometimes take their time to respond to issues, they mixup your water billings. They are never on top of issues when you report maintenance issues. I was upset with their “rental manager” whatever she calls herself cause 80% of the time she’s unavailable. You are basically staying in their units where you do your maintenance yourself. On and they don’t have a proper body corporate
