Waterfall estate security spikes damaged our car tyres

Last weekend as I entered the Waterfall estate to Riboville restaurant. We drove over the security spikes and our tyres were damaged. We reached out to the estate manager to seek help and they responded to say there is no footage as the cameras were not working on the day. He further states the only way our tyres would be damaged is if we reversed or the car rolled. We don’t remember reversing or rolling hence were requested they please check the camera footage.
