Compliment of rectifying error

I called Office national Brackenfell on Wednesday to check if they had a numbering machine and what the price was. I spoke to a rep but could not recall his name. He told me that they have a Genmes brand fro R291. I asked whether they had stock and he said that that was stock. I then drove to Brackenfell store only to find that there was no Genmes numbering machine on the shop floor and there was no stock. I walked out, a very disgruntled customer. I then sat in my car and called the rep again it this time a lady by the name of Nadine attended to me. She then came down to the shop floor to check for the item only to discover that they only had the more Expensive Rexel numbering machine. She the called Gerard , who I assumed was the manager where a decision was the. Made to give me the more expensive one at the price of the Genmes that I was quoted on. Thank you for rectifying this,
