Rib & Lobster's Manager has PATHETIC manners

I don't know where Rib & Lobster's Manager got their communication s****s but the Manager Chris is rude & has NO tact!!

I went to give them work clothes of someone & to fetch her tips, when I walked in I was approached by a waiter & I stated what I was doing there, he then went to Chris the Manager to ask him to come & talk to me since he isn't allowed to give me the tips, Chris rudely tells the waiter to tell me "She can wait, you can see I'm busy here, I'll get to her when I'm done"

When he finally gets to me & I tell him why I'm there, I decided to tell him that I overheard him speaking very rudely to the waiter about me, he answers me by saying "That's the way I am, if you don't like it don't come here"

Rib & Lobster, I just wanted to tell you that you just lost a costumer & that I won't be telling my clients about your very awesome ribs anymore.... I walked into your business as a client, doesn't matter what I was coming for...

Chris you either need to get some PROPER communication s****s or not handle any clients further...
