Awful service from Sipho

I checked in around 21pm on the 19 of February; wake up around 2 am wanted to catch with some work; only to find out that my plugs not working and power went off very time I plugged <br> I went to Sipho only for him to tell that I need to sit a the passage and do my work as the plugs not working in my room is my problem not his.
