Bad service and poor hair quality

I bought Kinky curl hair with them which was not in good condition and went back to complain about their hair they now trying to shift blame on me, saying i did not buy hair from them and it was worn of which i never did. When i spoke to the owner his telling me to go open a case for them cause they wont exchange that hair.I wont recommend anyone to buy hair at Riana hair Durban central.bunch of ****** !!!!!
