Poor service, no integrity and Zero accountability

A note to the public that wishes to make use of this business. I took my car to Riadi auto repairs to have a oil leak fixed as well as a misfire. When I got my car back the shudder was not fixed and there was a rumble in the Engine after they did a engine flush to a BMW - Which I believe you never do. My car was also left out in the rain with the right driver window open and my drivers seat drenched with water as well as the door panel . The control switch that controls the windows, locks and mirror controls was damaged. They agreed to replace the switch so I returned the car. They messaged me to tell me to collect the car after keeping it for Friday and Monday. The Monday afternoon my mother went on my behalf to collect the car with the repairs not done. When I called reception and questioned what now they told me it was for my account as its not the switch but another electrical fault. For the record my window was working 100% fine - so was my engine. Then when I questioned the lady at reception she got angry with me and called the mechanic. He then told me its not their problem, I must take the car to an auto electrician and its for my account. I challenged this and I was told they cannot work magic... then he said they will keep the car for another week and will take 'Take a look at it" after telling me to collect the car that afternoon. I challenged it again and was laughed at in a very condescending and disrespectful tone. I was then told "I don't have time for this and I cannot speak now...then he chucked the phone down and started speaking to another person in the office.

So - Riadi damages my property by leaving my electronics in the rain, then says the fault is else ware and its not for their account - speaks to me worse than ******* and throws the phone down. Disgusting!!!

Futher to this the rumble in the Engine was the Crank and Bearings - A BMW specialist told me it probably ran bearings due to the Engine flush. This almost financially ruined me.
