poor service delivery

<p>My car went to have to catylic converter removed and replaced with a mini catylic converter. As this was suggested by the same garage owner, after the engine light came on and he did "diagnostic.My car was heavy on petrol and not performing as it should. I was told that if the converter was replaced there will be an improvement in both. After my car came back the engine light came back on the same day. The car went back and the owner said he has sorted everything out. I drove 15km and the engine light came on again!!! The car was send back and the owner phoned me stating that he has "cleaned" everything and should the problem persists he will replace the front sensor. There were no issues with any of the sensors until he started working on my car. I drove my car for the 1st time today and the engine light came back on again!! I want a full refund as the work promised and being paid for in full was never conducted.</p> <p> </p>
