Bad service from Riaan's Repair Centre - Gordon's Bay

Riaan quoted on a panel beating job to be done on my vehicle, paid 50% deposit and when the replacement parts arrived paid another 25%, total of 80% for the job been paid. Riaan then started the job and on further closer inspection during the job we found that the l/f door supp**** is defective, then all trouble broke loose. begging and more begging from my side to finish the vehicle. I even went to his suppliers to intervene with the door supp**** but nothing. Riaan came with more and more excuses. Now nearly seven months down the line the job still is not finished, I will surely not advise anybody to pay and then wait. Please rather let him finish the job and then pay him. I am very disappointed in the service he is currently rendering towards me, I do believe that there is others out there too.
