Disappointed customer/poor service

They don't want to refund me my money as agreed if services were not rendered. I made a payment of R7500 on the 3rd of December 2018 and R6000 on the 5th of April 2019 refundable if services are not rendered positively. Till this day there is nothing that has happened. So I requested for my refund in August this year to only get R6000 mid November and the rest was to be paid month end of November. Till today I am still fighting for my R7500 refund to no avail. I was promised that half of the R7500 will be paid on the 13th of December per my request even that was not done. Am so so disappointed at the service I am getting especially knowing that am a full paid up member of theirs and pay a monthly fee. Pls guys I need my refund so that I can use it elsewhere where it is needed. This is so wrong at all levels. Disappointed customer
