Very poor client service

I have tride snupit for installation of a solar geyser. They gave me the person and owner of Rhowil plumbing. After contacting the company they gave me a quotation for the installation. I allso requested a high pressure pump to be installed. They did install the solar geyser and then he said that the solar pump was faulty and will replace it. As of today 27th October 2020, 5 months later no pump replaced and when i call him, "I get back to you". Lately he don't even answer the fone.
