Terrible customer service from property rental management company - Rhonda Raad Properties

Rhonda Raad Properties is a real estate agency that covers the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. The company offers property management services for landlords.

Every interaction I have had with the staff of Rhonda Raad has been hostile and confrontational even though I was directly referred by the landlord. Rhonda Raad employees drag their feet and are quite unresponsive in dealing with tenant complaints with respect to property issues like non-working shower heads, broken toilet cisterns, and leaking toilets.

I have paid the contractually agreed to monthly rental amounts on a regular basis and have not missed a single payment date. Recently I asked to cancel my lease agreement and provide notice. It seems their staff are not aware that tenants only need to provide one month's notice period and not three which is not legally permissible. Their staff are rude and not very friendly when dealing with customer complaints.
