Money making scheme

I took a policy with this company in 2018 and the package was with the policy you will get a sunday times newspaper as long as the policy is still running! In November I did not get the newspaper and no decency to tell me! Iwrote toTalent Zulu on the 18january 21 who promised to come back to me! To date nothing is said to me! I need this company to refund me or to reduce the premium because the deal doesn’t include the newspaper anymore
