Strawberry Jam has mould sent e-mail to complain!

I bought a Rhodes Strawberry jam from Shoprite in Boksburg on Wednesday 11/02/2015. When I got back to the office to enjoy a scone with strawberry jam I opened the bottle of jam to find that the jam had mould in. I was totally disgusted.<br> <br> I took the time in the store to look at the expiry date before purchasing the jam. The expiry date on the lid sayes 10 January 2016.<br> <br> I phoned Rhodes Food Company and was given Wendy Roman's e-mail address to send my complaint to. I have sent her 3 mails with photos of the mouldy jam and the lid with the expiry date and have not heard back form her as yet.<br> <br> It is a real INCONVENIENCE for me to have to drive back to Shoprite to get my money back and I feel it is a problem with the manufacturer.<br> <br> Let's see if my complaint gets heard now.
