Rotten bottle of Jam

Bought a bottle of Rhodes strawberry jam. Upon opening found what looked like mould. Emailed company immediately with pictures. They responded asking for details 2 months ago, which i immediately provided and to this day they have said nothing back. I dont appreciate companies that take their customers for granted like this. I will certainly NOT be buying ANY of their products ever again!
