Rhodes sweetcorn tin explosion
Yesterday, we heard a weird sound from our pantry where we stock our tinned goods. When we checked a newly-purchased can of Rhodes sweetcorn exploded leaving a putrid stench and vomit-like smell in our pantry. The shelf was filled with a watery liquid coming from the tin. I have attached pictures of the expiry date and the water-like consistency of the sweetcorn five days ago to the customer care email address. Their silence is golden when my concern is that the other cans might cause food poisoning or some other kind of harmful reaction if we use them. I'm sure that your products go through stringent health and safety checks and I'm perturbed that these ones ended on the shop shelves.
