Refund for an application

I had requested a refund from the institution on the day of application (made double credit payment) for one application. They take long to respond to queries and not pick up on calls. I am unhappy with their slow service to attend to queries and causing unnecessary delays. I haven’t received my refund and have all the necessary receipts for the double payments in their system .
