My Year 2 Advanced Certificate from Rhodes University

I was funded by VW in 2020 to do a two year Literacy course,, Advance Certificate in Foundation Phase which I finished end of 2021. I only received Year 1 results and certificate by courier. I have tried several times calling, emailing, whatsapping, but in vain. On 17th of June, I received a call from a guy calling from Johanna's office and he told me my certificate is on the way by courier and I never received anything till today. I then made a follow up and called the same number the guy used to call me and I left a message for Johanna. She called me the next day telling a different story that my certificate was sent by a normal postage, not even registered mail. I was very disappointed that a big institution like Rhodes can use a normal postage for a Certificate. I hope this review will reach the Faculty of Social Development at Rhodes University. I've tried to call this morning and they never answered. The fees for the course were fully paid and I want what I've worked hard for.m
