BAD SERVICE

This is by far the worst and frustrating university. They never answer phones, and when they do, they are rude and they just drop their phones. My child is sitting at home not knowing if they going back to school or not. Some child was sent back home because nsfas hadn't approved. How do we get feedback from Rhodes if they keep ignoring our phone calls????
