Rhodes Construction has no business ethics

I purchased a unit in a gated estate built by Canboria Investments and Rhodes construction. There were numerous building defects which included amongst others, poor roof construction with resultant leaks, and damping walls. Repeated attempts to get the builders to rectify these defects for which they were still legally responsible has been akin to pulling teeth from a hippopotamus. Rhodes construction would make appointments and fail to honour them, or conduct repairs shoddily failing to address the problems adequately and would frequently leave work incomplete. This has been going on for a year now! <br> If you are considering purchasing a property and come across one that was developed by Canboria Investments or built by Rhodes construction, you should rather consider looking at alternatives!
