TCF is a myth for this shop owner

I am utterly disgusted with the service received from this company. I bought a garage door and upon opening it before installation, i discovered that it was damaged. Henk the owner is aware because he helped unwrap the door. He made a commitment that he would replace the door. It has been months of me chasing after him and him telling me he is working the matter out with his supplier, this was in August and still no word from him to date. True testimony of no aftersales customer experience. You ought to be ashamed Henk.
