Rhl Autotmation bad response and no answers on questions asked on ET 300 drive motor

I have bought an ET drive 300 gate motor and it was installed in December 2018. Since then I have called out the guys for about 5 times on problems on the motor. Everytime they just fix it with the problem. When I had the last callout from them, the motor run over something and it did not reset itself. Up to date and still under warranty my question was: Why it is not resetting itself after a while as all gate motor is doing it. Still I do not get answers or feedback from them. They came here, take off the battery terminal, pull out the card and then it is fine till next time and then they want to charge me a callout fee for this. I made a lot of calls and want answers on which they say the manager will come back to me. Up to date he did not call me back.
