Supp**** incomplete product missing key features as advertised

We searched for a specific product (Tent) for the holiday period and found what we are looking for at http://rhinotuffcanvastents.co.za . Based on the website description and pic we ordered and after a bit of wait received the product just in time. Unfortunately what was advertised and what we recieved differed hugely as well as some portions of the tent not lining up and some portions incomplete and missing fitting which they admitted to. Unfortunately their lack of customer service and pride in the product leaves much to be desired - so much that I had to prove to them that their own website is false advertising components of the tent . They have gone silent and no response has been forthcoming. We could not use the product over December which left us having to spend more money on accomodation.
