I bought a bow 2,4 by 2,4 bow Online , It came in a small bag the tent can barely fit in, with the tent supporting rods flying on their own no bag nothing , the hooks where on a clang wrap plastic, no metal stands to hold the tent in place and no Manual. I don't know if it the Online package or If this is how the company packages their products, shame this is poor service, Zero Stars . If it's fault with the packaging. I recommend yall do better to keep customers happy with big bags for tent to fit and the supporting rods , bags to put hooks, stands to hold down the tent so it doesn't fly on bad weather conditions like other professional companies. I'm really disappointed and angry at the service
