Not sending the products they advertise
I am having quite a shocking experience, these guys have a website : rhinotuffcanvastents.co.za with amazing looking tents. I ordered a tent and afew months later on my first camping trip had the space to set it up only to discover this tent looks nothing like the tent they show on their site, not sure if they understand that it is ***** to display a product that does not look at all like the one they provide, its serious misconduct. Not only that the tent had no instructions and when speaking to their support, they are aware that this is normal practice. So on further investigation I noticed that all the google reviews they have plastered all over their site is photoshopped and there is no such google listing. Now what is confusing is that they sent me a tent that was new and they clearly have the means to offer a product, but why all the misleading *****ulent actions. Anyway the support is ongoing and if they can provide what they promised and fix their false information on their site I will not do a full legal recourse with Icaasa
