Rhino Shuttles failure to transfer

Booking done via electronic mail on the 31st of July for pick up on the 3rd of August 2018 at 10 o'clock. Confirmation of transfer confirmed by Steve Schoombee from Rhino Shuttles. Rhino Shuttles never pitch and as a result thereof Mrs. Carty had to drive to the airport herself and obviously had to pay through her neck for parking. Rhino Shuttles disappointed me greatly.
