Poor Poor service

Have never had such poor service before. We placed an order two months ago for training equipment. First the lady could not find our order. Eventually the order was placed. No response, We insisted on daily feedback on our order after 6 weeks. When delivery is supposed to happen only one item are being delivered - claiming we received all the other gear. We have not received anything as yet. Charlene at the company does not know if she is coming or going. Cannot give us an answer on where the rest of the goods are.
