Shoddy Workmanship and terrible to no after service.

I hired Rhino Roofing, Waterproofing & Steel Works in 2021 to repair my whole roof, waterproof the whole roof, repair and install additional gutters as and where required. The scope of the job was contained in his quotes to me.

Recently we had the first rains of the season, and before a full year had lapsed, my roof leaked severely in several areas, especially the areas that was supposed to repaired, waterproofed and additional gutters added. The several different areas of the roof that leaked within less than a year from date of repairs, gives testament to the fact that he either did a shoddy, incomplete job, utilised materials that were ineffective or unfit for the job it was supposed to do or did not repair the roof to the extent he quoted and the money I paid him for repairs. His workmanship on my roof has been a failure as the so called repairs did not protect the roof from leaking or being damage by further rain. This poor workmanship has resulted in creating many other problems inside my house, including damaging my new ceiling, creating damp inside the roof and on the internal ceiling, my fabric and wood furniture becoming water soaked and my carpets being soaked in water. Despite having already alerted him in March 2022 when we had light rains that some areas are still leaking, he refused or failed to follow up on his workmanship properly. He visited once and fixed one area that I had pointed out was still leaking and then failed to return to fix the other problem areas that I alerted him to. He then ignored my communication from that date.

In all my communication, I expressed my concerns to him regarding the leaks but there has not been any attempt on his part to make arrangements with me or communicate with me on fixing them and he did not even reply to my messages. And now he has blocked me and don't even take my calls..
