Constant care and attention to detail!

<p>Our pool needed a complete make over. We needed to fiberglass the pool, fill in the indoor section of the pool, re-tile inside and outside, build a retaining wall and pave, remove a rock water feature and remodel an enormous rock feature on the corner of the pool. We also have a very high water table which proved to be an issue as well. It was a daunting task to say the least!</p> <p> We were blessed to find Ryan from Rhino Pools. He came up with a workable, aesthetically pleasing solution to all our needs. The quote was fair for the amount of work needed to be done. Once the work commenced, he did not deviate from his time schedule and we had no hidden costs to contend with. </p> <p>He kept us up to date on a daily basis and was never too busy to answer a question or a call.</p> <p>Ryan and Quintin ran the project personally and because of their care and attention to detail, and their incredibly professional team, a fault in the original construction of the pool was identified. </p> <p>They put heads together and managed to find an ingenious solution…..needless to say, if they had not picked the fault up, unbeknown to us, the water table would have risen in the rainy season and it would have slowly seeped in. The result would have been the fiberglass peeling away from the base...it really does not bare thinking about!</p> <p>The teams were dived into manual, fiberglass, electrical and plasterers. We must compliment all the teams. Their work was above standard. They were as quiet as possible and the garden was kept cleaned of all rubble.</p> <p>It is thanks to Ryan and his dedicated, hardworking team, that we have a fabulous entertainment area to be proud of.</p> <p>Lee.
