This is Juan here ,part owner of Rhino Machine Manufacturing.

I would like to address the reviews here on Helopeter.

Firstly we are not confirming or denying any of the bad or good reviews listed here. We have made some mistakes and had some things slip through ,we are however still a small startup and have learned and still learning a lot. We will not make promises that there will never be issues but we can guarantee that our service has greatly improved with some significant changed made.

We would like to make it clear that the biggest issue we encounter which we can not change is communication ,although we are a startup and would like to spend the entire day on the phone assisting clients ,it is not possible. We also require the time to manufacture and build the machines you as the client order. Further to this we also require rest and sleep and therefore we have working hours and working days.

Second issue is that clients tend to always blame us for any and all issues. Again not denying that some of the issues might be originating from our end but we find it extremely odd that in over 90% of cases we manage to never replicate the issue. It also seems that although we provide the startup training which entails how the machine operates and not a full in depth degree on CAD/CAM it is still not clear and expected that we provide this free of charge. It took us hours and a lot of money to learn CAD to the extend that we have, we do not say enroll for a degree in CAD but we ask that you as the client do research on CAD and attempt to learn from there. We still offer help but we can not give training purely due to the fact that every client will be doing something else i.e one might be making chopping boards and the next aluminum molds ,the CAD/CAM process will be vastly different and therefore your own research will be required.

We ask that before any new clients make a decision based on reviews listed here on Helopeter or anywhere else that you please visit us for a demo ,view what we have and what we can offer and thereafter make an informed decision.
