No remorse

My son broke his arm so badly , he needed surgery, falling off a balance beam in their play area. There was no paramedic, 1st aid kit,no help from their staff and after writing a email to the owner, not even a apology for their lack of service. Hope no other parents or kids should have to go through such trauma.accidents happen, but how people deal with the situation makes all the difference or lack there of. Sad and very disappointing.
