A pleasant and superior gate security company - Rhinodoor

Coming from such a ******* service record with security companies, Rhino Door was a breath of fresh air. Really, from start to finish, customer satisfaction was their priority and they did not disappoint. I contacted Fred, right in the beginning of our security journey but didnt opt with them due to the previous company being my client. BUT, when things went south on that route, Fred from Rhino Door was more than happy to take the reigns. He came through at a time convenient for us and understood the urgency of the matter. He gave us the option of the 2 prices, instead of assuming i would just want the cheapest option and even when selecting the more expensive option, he still suggested the cheaper one and said it would be more than adequate. Most companies would have gone for the money first. From the approval .. 5 working days, like he said, and the gate had been manufactured and ready to install and the install process man what a difference. First time - come through, install the gate, make all the adjustments required, cleaned the whole area properly .. beside my gate, you would have never thought they were even here. What an experience. To Fred and the team, you deserve this review and i hope that it brings you more work as you guys deserve it.
