The Store's ignorance to Covid19

This afternoon I was at your Bizana branch and was refused a refund by both your Hot Foods Manager and The Branch manager a Miss Lorayne Mkhize. With the news of the Covid19 virus I didn't feel comfortable sharing my s**** with anyone. I was refused a second s**** on some food I bought. I hated the entitled like attitude of your the staff at this branch, I soon found out that that same attitude is trickling down from management at the branch.

I did not leave with my take away and they kept my money and I would like it back. I would also like a formal apology from the branch manager.
