Stinky customer service at Rhino Qumbu

I had a very bad experience at Rhino Qumbu EC. I was buying stuff for my little boy this morning,12/12/2020. I saw wipes at R9.99, I was suprised I had to reread. Yes it is Cherubs sensitive wipes 72's at R9.99 I took a pack. When I was paying I made sure they scan them first to see if am not cheated on as I have to pay whats on price tag. To my suprise the wipes were 25.99. I told the lady the wipes I saw were R9.99 and she said WITH BIG STINKY ATTITUDE,"sisi wena wawuke wazivaphi wipes zalomali nam ndinaye umntana zange ndaziva." I said sisi I don't care about you having a child or not I am telling you what I saw and thats what I will pay. She called a lady that I could tell she is willing to help in anyway possibly. The lady tool the wipes and went back where they packed and came back to confirm that price. She went to the office and came back with a tall chubby guy which I assumed its a manager as he did not even want to tell me his name infact no one wanted to give their names to me, the lady holding specials catalogue/paper. The guy greeted and said sisi we can not help you in this because in our specials the wipes are R25.99 not what you say/saw. I told him I saw the price thats beneath the packed wipes not the one on you catalogue and I am paying what I saw and I am not leaving without the wipes. He said then you can stand there for the whole day I am not going to do what you want, this is the price for wipes. I stood another lady came to change the cashier while I am standing there stupidly. I said its fine I will pay the price then the guy came and gave me the R9.99 price looking very angry.

If the manager has bad customer service like that one I am not suprised the cashier spoke to me like that.
