Rude behavior at Flagstaff Rhino cash and carry

I went to Rhino cash and carry in Flagstaff today and to say I received a bad service is an understatement. The lady who was at till no 52 according to the slip treated me like a nobody that is begging food from her. After I payed for my groceries, I asked my friend if Noone will pack the groceries for us or should we do it on our own( mind you I don't mind doing it on my own) the cashier rudely asked what I just said, I said I was asking my friend if Noone will pack the groceries for us, she said who is suppose to pack my groceries, I said I don't know maybe one of the employees, she looked at me up and down and said she's gonna pack it, I asked why is she being rude, she still answered rude and said she will leave me to pack for myself. I then said I'll gladly do that but she must remember to never treat people like ****, they will loose customers, she clicked her tounge. I left the shop very angry and disappointed by this behavior. I called the manager using the number on the till, he said OK I'll look into it, he did not even take my name or number. I explained that I would love that the lady receives training on customer service, he said OK he will look into it. Not once did he apoloifor this behavior which I felt they are used to treating customers like nothing. I made a note to never go back to that shop, it is my money after all I decide where to spend it.
