POOR SERVICE!!!!

On the 15th I went to Rhino cash and carry in Qumbu to buy groceries for the funeral, the service I got there was extremely poor, to a point that I asked for a manager but the manager was no where to be found, then the supervisor stepped in even though she did there was no difference.

VUYOLWETHU is very disrespectful He has no manners I don't think he knows what the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE is, and if he continues like this I don't want to lie you will keep on losing customers. The floor staff was encouraging him as well. The Regional Manager has to do something about that store on a serious note!

We had two trolleys that we packed aside full of groceries and we asked the security to keep an eye and when we get back with other 2 trolleys full of groceries to collect the other 2 trolleys so that we can proceed to the tills to pay, the trolleys were not there , the staff including that VUYOLWETHU guy did back shopping on purpose. You can tell the supervisor was pretending to have a talk not the really talk with VUYOLWETHU for him to continue to do as such

We had to leave and We got the service that we deserve at SPAR
