Lack of Customer Care (Poor Customer Service)

Rhino Cash and Carry Port Shepstone. I'm a regular customer of this Rhino Cash and Carry, on a daily basis because the company I work for, buys confectionery from them. There was a setup that was done years ago by the first owners, where it was agreed that I would place my confectionary order at 07:00 in the morning and collect it by 14:00 afternoon from BAKERY department then to the tills so that I can pay. I am NOT supposed to join the queen since it was an order, as part of their agreement.

Now, since there is new management and branding to Cambridge, this agreement has changed badly. I still place the oder at 07:00 in the morning, but when I have to go and pay, I must now join a queue just like any other customer. I find this decision not good for me, since I am their confirmed regular customer that brings money on daily basis and who had been supporting this company long time ago. I find like they do not really appreciate my support, worse part of it, when I confront store manager about it, he agrees with the initial agreement that `I should not queue. The moment the store manager is not there, the front supervisor would let me queue.

I mostly send my employees to do ordering and collect my stock, and thats where these problems come it. If I go personally, the front supervisor would not let me queue, but when one of my employees goes there, its then a problem. In short, I have noticed that most of the Rhino Cash and Carry employees do not really care about customer service. I have seen them all. Currently, this store's customer interaction has dropped very very low and eventually they had to chase lot of employees because the store was not generating enough money.

I really feel sorry for some of the retrenched and or dismissed employees, because I knew most of them since the start of this store. I so wish that someone can assist this store. It has lot of competitors around the corner and they do well on the customer care. There is Boxer Super market, Shoprite, Knock out Supermarket, Ogwini Super Market, Fare Trade Super Market and many more of these small retailers .
