How much damage a 3min bad experience can do

I want to say well done and thank you to Ntokozo, it is not the first time i come across him, he walks to the other side of the shop just to show me whatever it is i am looking for. Ladies at the till friendly and patient (my card last week declined twice - and she didnt scream it out or get mad at me - the lady insisted we decrease the cash back amount whilst she was waiting for the machine to check balance - and i got my cash) Que management is on point, even at my job with a que ticket system suck at managing ques. Ladies and gents at the floor - that place is neat and tidy, i have never once walked in and things are out of place, unless they still packing them on the shelves and you are actually there working. Well done guys and Thank you. Compared to the stores i normally go to, you are no.1 Cleanest, Neatest, Tidy and NO moody working staff, no matter where in the shop. Thank you all for a good shopping experience. Keep it up. Now with that said, I walked into Rhino yesterday i bought few things up to about R300. I know we have policies and procedures in place to protect us, but surely there are exeptions. I am highly disapointed by the "service" at the food department outside. I walk in there with my 2year old daughter, she is fussing screaming shouting and crying and i ask for a s**** so she can have her danone i bought inside the shop, the lady said "asiphisani ngezi'S****" i was shocked she said "iziS**** lay'khaya sisi ziphuma nokudla' nevermind the attitude, i just couldnt believe it was a rule. I went to another lady there and she said the same thing minus the attitude, i showed her my plastics she could see my daughter, she again explained she is not allowed if im not buying food. I even offered to pay for just the s****, she said she cannot help me. I took a dirty s**** from the tables where other customers were eating and cleaned it with a wipe. Im really hurt, dissapointed and extremely embarassed. That completely just erased my good shopping experience with you guys. I do not see myself walking into Rhino Ulundi again. I would rather go to where im already used to less than average service.
