Complaint

<p>On the 29 April, 2017 a friend of mine went to purchase a lotto ticket at Rhino Cash and Carry, she had a plastic bag with her she had just bought a new pair of shoes. She forgot this plastic bag at the counter at the store. She went back for it only to be told by the staff that they had not seen the plastic bag with shoes in it, she explained where she had left it but to no avail. She then asked for the manager, when the said manager came my friend told her what had happened and requested to see the security camera, which she was told that she is not allowed to view the footage when she suggested that a security guard can accompany her she was told that would not help either. The security guard refused to go with her citing that clients are not allowed to view the camera footage. In another incident she forgot her spinach at the parcel counter and left the store, when she came back she was told there was no spinach although she still had the parcel counter card with her. is this how client are treated at Rhino?</p>
