Terrible Customer Service from Rhino 3D

Before I booked a Rhino 3D, a 3D modeling software, class in South Africa, I asked Cathy Kelly, the owner of the company if the class was useful to people who had no background in 3D modeling. She said that it was and I proceeded to book the class (R5000). This was a complete lie : the class was made for people with engineering and 3D modeling background and I didn't learn anything at all.

I sent Cathy many email to complain about this misleading information (and theft) but she chose to ignore my many emails. I then proceeded to copy everyone from her company in a last email in an attempt to get what I had paid for. Only then did she answer and offer me a replacement class - which was made for beginners.

She sent a few email back and forth about the class and some of the email said that you had to bring a laptop whereas other email said that you did not need a laptop - I just assumed that you did NOT need a laptop because the previous class I had taken did not require one. I showed up to the class after flying back from Canada for 28 hours, driving 45 minutes to get to the class, only to find out that you need a laptop and that I wouldn't be able to take the class.

I called Cathy to let her know that, again, due to her poor communication s****s, I wasn't able to take the class to which she rep**** that it was my last chance because she had spent R850 in catering for me, which was insulting because A) If I were to drive back to the class, I would've missed 1/4 of it - the foundation of it - and been unable to catch up B) How did it cross her mind to tak about catering when she should've said something about the fact that the information was NOT consistent in all of the communication and this is what resulted in this. In fact, the other students brought it up too.

I am deeply unhappy with Rhino 3D. I think the communications and customer service have been ********** and I would NEVER recommned it. Find another modeling software with a better service.
