Worst of the worst couriers

The most shocking courier service ever. If a business uses these useless couriers, I will not support that business. My urgent parcels have been sitting 60km away for 5 days now, and loaded for deliver for 3 days in a row, and still no delivery. How bad can you suck at business, to be this ***********?
