Where is my parcel? It says delivery failed. Nothing came

We have an incredibly important parcel (RE696111) that we are waiting for. (It’s to help me get around I am disabled.

We monitored via track and trace all day yesterday. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Absolutely nothing came. We waited all day.

Why does it say delivery failed? My cell number is on the waybill. No calls nothing.

The delivery is for Cape Town. I tried to call *** but it doesn’t ring.

Please can you ask the Cape Town Office to call me ***. I can’t locate an email address or alternative number for the Cape Town Office.
