What a joke of a company.

If I could use 0 stars i would. I truly have no idea why evetech even has these idiots as an option to handle expensive computer parts. I live in a street sharing the same name as a popular bakery. I wrote down my adress perfectly and made sure to explain that its a house adress. Yet this smooth brained bafoon somehow decided to take my parcel to the bakery on the complete opposite side of town, because they share the same name with my street. Not only that, after i contacted them to ask where my parcel was, there was no answer at the customer support helpline for 5 calls. And when i did get an answer i got told “pick it up yourself we delivered it already”. Whats the point of having a delivery company if i have to end up chasing after my own package to collect it ? What if someone opened my package and decided its their stuff now? The trouble and inconvenience of having to go through a disgusting process to basically say Rhenus express has the most dumbfounded people working there.
