Useless company making promises they have no intention on keeping

This absolutely useless company does not even deserve a 1 star review, as that would imply that they at least deliver some form of service which is not the case. This is now the second day that delivery "failed", yet no one made contact with us to deliver and I was at home the entire day. When we enquired over email, we were told "delivery will take place today". Clearly I have the wrong definition of "today" as delivery did not take place, and the parcel was yet again returned to the depot. Why Evetech makes use of this terrible company is beyond me.
